Waste water is the polluted form of water that emerges after the usage of fresh water by human beings for domestic, commercial and industrial use. It is typically categorized by the manner in which it is generated—specifically, as domestic sewage and industrial sewage. Domestic wastewater results from water use in residences, businesses, and restaurants. Industrial wastewater comes from discharges by manufacturing and chemical industries.
Wastewater left untreated is one of the major reasons behind water scarcity. All wastewater must be treated. Wastewater Treatment Plant helps to treat wastewater coming out from industries, residential societies that can further be used for many purposes. Good wastewater treatment allows the maximum amount of water to be reused instead of going to waste.
Treatment plants remove impurities contained in wastewater so that the treated wastewater can be safely returned to the environment.
